Key Role Tasks: Analyse equipment failure modes, monitorable symptoms, and corrective actions for mining and fixed plant assets. Support the delivery, scaling, and deployment of predictive Asset Health initiatives. Collaborate with site operations and central teams to identify and develop high-value asset monitoring opportunities. Enhance enterprise health monitoring systems to improve efficiency and monitoring quality. Assist with system upgrades and continuous improvement initiatives. To be successful in this role, you will bring: Demonstrated experience in reliability engineering within asset-intensive industries such as mining, resources, manufacturing, or heavy industry. An Engineering qualification or relevant trade background with extensive industry experience. Strong understanding of reliability methodologies including: Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA) Root Cause Analysis (RCA) Experience with condition monitoring techniques such as vibration analysis, oil analysis, sensor monitoring, and predictive maintenance technologies. Knowledge of statistical modelling techniques and large dataset analysis. Programming experience working with time-series data. Proficiency in Python and SQL.
